Whether a home is in the mountains, on a lake or just off the beaten path, high protection classes and rural locations can sometimes make coverage hard to find. This Concorde-designed surplus lines homeowners product provides comprehensive coverage with replacement cost especially for 1950 or newer homes in excellent condition that are not a fit for admitted markets primarily due to their location. Coverage is written through Great Lakes Insurance SE (part of Munich RE).

The Process... From Quote to Bind!
  1. Quote Online in peteRATER+ and "Select this Quote" to proceed to payment and binding options. (Only eligible quotes are given this option.)
  2. Continue to Payment Options online in peteRATER+ and select a billing plan and payment type. If Credit Card was selected, proceed to Concorde Online Payments, select "New Policy Payment" and submit the credit card payment.
  3. Applications and Affidavits are loaded immediately into the quote's documents folder in peteRATER+ after you’ve submitted to bind.
  4. Send signed forms to: policyservices@cgains.com
  5. Policy Declarations are mailed to the insured and emailed to the agency in about 1-3 business days.

This product does not compete with admitted markets. Agent will need to comply with surplus lines guidelines for their state.
