This program provides a Preferred Homeowners (HO-3) open perils coverage form on a primary mobile or manufactured home up to 25 years (15 years in various states). This program provides coverage for Total Insurable Values up to $175,000 for homes 15 years or newer and for Total Insurable Values up to $125,000 for homes over 15 years old.

  • Coverage is available for the following types of risks: owner occupied, seasonal, rental, tenant. 
  • Freezing coverage is included. 
  • Open peril coverage is also provided for personal property. 
  • Lapse of coverage less than 30 days acceptable.
