Eligibility
- Up to 5 custom homes per year; or
- Less than 15 custom homes in the last 3 years
- Maximum of 3 custom homes in any one development
- Average home value not exceeding $1,000,000
- Structural remodeling work, including detached buildings
- Incidental roofing (up to 15%) is contemplated
