peteRATER Vacant Program
Our peteRATER Vacant Program allows commercial and residential locations to be rated on the same policy. This program runs on commercial ISO forms, which provide options for basic, broad and special coverage. So, if you’re comparing rates with another company, make sure you’re not comparing our quote for special form coverage against a basic policy from another carrier.
peteRATER Dwelling Program
If you have a single 1-4 family dwelling, there are also options for DP-1 coverage in our peteRATER Dwelling Program. Simply choose “vacant” as the occupancy.
